experience in Capital Markets BA with Salesforce CRM knowledge
Skills & Qualifications:
3-5+ years in a data/business analyst role with SQL proficiency (joins, window functions, CTEs) and comfort analyzing large datasets.
Strong experience with financial data; private equity or asset management exposure preferred.
Proven ability to "get to the bottom of it": rigorous problem framing, hypothesis-driven analysis, and defensible recommendations.
Data-savvy and detail-oriented: requirements gathering, data mapping, reconciliation, and documentation that others can trust and reuse.
Tools: SQL and a modern data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake or equivalent); advanced Excel; at least one BI tool (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI).
Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow for backlog and incident management; understanding of Agile delivery practices.
